General Requirements

– Age:  18-30 years of age
– Have studies and professional experience in hospitality
– Be currently enrolled in a vocational training or higher education program or be a recent graduate (less than 2 years since graduation)
– Minimum level of English: Intermediate (B2 in the European Framework)
– Have a genuine interest in undertaking an internship program and be willing to undertake the internship program in any Australian city

The main areas for professional internship programs are: Business Administration, finance, marketing and human resources, IT, hospitality and tourism but there are many other fields available.

If your English doesn’t quite reach the required level to undertake a professional internship program, we have some English + internship programs that are ideal for you

Fast track your international career with GO GLOBAL

The GO GLOBAL program is offered by the University of Queensland (ICTE) in conjunction with Australian Internships.

The GO GLOBAL program is divided in 3 parts:

1. English Communication skills for the workplace (10 or 15 weeks)
   2.  Professional skills and effective interview performance (2 weeks)
   3.  Professional Internship (8 weeks)

*Note: During parts 1 and 2, you will study with a student visa that allows you to works up to 40 hours/fortnight. For the Internship  you will have the Special Program Visa 416.

The total program length is 20 -25 weeks.
