Bachelor of Nursing Science [Pre-Registration]

JCU Australia Awards Scholarships
Australia Awards Scholarships are long-term awards administered by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade that aim to contribute to the development needs of Australia's partner countries in line with bilateral and regional agreements. Application for this scholarship is by invitation only, to international students enrolling in eligible programs, with a weighted average mark (WAM) of 85% or higher. Students must meet the terms and conditions of the scholarship.
JCU Australian Institute of Marine Science Scholarships
AIMS and JCU have a long and rich collaboration history, together generating knowledge and solutions to issues around marine biodiversity, sustainable development, and management of coral reefs, coasts and river catchments. Scholarship eligibility is automatically assessed during the admissions process. Eligible candidates will receive an offer for their program of study and the International Merit Stipend concurrently.

JCU Higher Degree by Research (HDR) Scholarships for HDR candidates (Master of Philosophy, Doctor of Philosophy) are awarded annually on a competitive basis to the most outstanding applicants.
JCU International Excellence Scholarship
The JCU International Excellence Scholarship provides a 25% tuition fee reduction throughout the entire duration of approved full degree study programs, provided recipients maintain a strong GPA each semester. The International Excellence Scholarship is for eligible high achieving students from the United States, Canada, Latin America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, Papua New Guinea, Nigeria, Ghana and Middle East.

I’ve already had so many great moments at JCU and feel at home here. The first thing that stands out to me about JCU and Townsville is that the people are really welcoming. It’s nothing like what I have experienced before. It’s easy to connect with people and they are willing to help you out.
Secondly, the wildlife here has really surprised me. Whether on campus or on Magnetic Island off the coast of Townsville, there is a new type of animal or species around every corner. Just walking around, you hear all these beautiful birds and other animals.
